What’s your favorite charcuterie item(s)? (Personally, I love a cracker/cheese/fig jam combo!)

I want the meats, cheese, crackers (adult lunchable) AND my chocolate

I would add pepper jelly. It just makes a big difference to weird people like me who doesn't like cold (uncooked) cheese.
